Driving back from Chicago the other day we stopped at a rest stop and saw a storm system headed towards us. We hopped back in the car and cruised along, hoping to miss the storm.

Here’s what we saw:

Storm to the left, sunset to the right, and tornado green right in front of us.

BF: “Mhmm.”

Me: “Like I’m mostly ok driving in thunderstorms, but the green really freaks me out.”

Then we got passed by this:

You couldn’t have tried to time it better.
